The Prime-X 7 uses highly efficient 5x 5 watt LED chips and achieves an incredible range of 300m at 1 lux with just 24W power consumption and 161mm overall length.

All X products are characterised by the use of the best and most robust materials, extreme manufacturing precision and the latest reflector technology with the highest level of waterproofing.
The light distribution is controlled by an optically newly designed double reflector, which enables both upright and suspended mounting of the Lightbar, while at the same time dispensing with vertical light diffusion. As a result, the light goes where it is supposed to go: the full width of the road. Further positive effects are that additional energy consumption and the dazzling of oncoming traffic are avoided.
Another impressive feature is the high light transmittance of the lightweight but break-resistant Sabic LEXAN polycarbonate lens, which has an additional UVHC3000 Coating
Increased light sharpness and fidelity to detail allow the driver to recognise objects immediately and thus ensure increased safety in road traffic. In addition, premature eye fatigue is avoided and driving - even over long distances - becomes more relaxed.
All materials have been tested for the toughest use under the most extreme conditions and the consistent performance of the Lightbars is guaranteed at ambient temperatures between -40° - +90°C.
The internal thermal management automatically regulates the light output so that the durability of the chips is guaranteed for years.
Of course, the certification also extends to electromagnetic compatibility so that there is no interference with other consumers in your vehicle.
With a length of only 161 mm and a height of 58 mm, the Prime-X 7 is designed in such a way that it can be easily integrated into spatially limited niches of the vehicle.
The supplied brackets made of lightweight aluminium allow flexible positioning for optimum alignment of the light in the desired direction.
