The LTPRTZ HL7-2 7 inch Bi-LED headlight is the successor to the 4x4 Action test winner and brings modern LED reflector technology to vehicles with a classic 7 inch headlight format. With ECE approval, rugged construction and a clear 6,000–6,500K light colour, it is ideal for offroad classics, 4x4 builds, motorcycles and many other vehicles.

More light without losing the vehicle character.
Many classic vehicles are defined by their round 7 inch headlight appearance. The HL7-2 preserves this look while significantly upgrading the lighting technology. Instead of traditional halogen bulbs, the headlight uses modern Bi-LED technology for low beam and high beam.
The cool white 6,000–6,500 Kelvin beam looks modern and clear, while the reflector appearance supports the classic character of the vehicle.
Built for daily use, offroad and long-term reliability.
The high-quality die-cast aluminium housing supports thermal regulation and protects the lighting technology. Polycarbonate lens and polycarbonate reflector provide strong resistance, while the IP67 rating protects the headlight against dust and water.
With an operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C, overvoltage protection up to 600V and shock-resistant construction, the HL7-2 is designed for demanding conditions.

The UV-resistant chrome reflector with protective coating, hard-coated polycarbonate surface and Mitsubishi acrylic lens with high transparency support premium light performance and long-term use.
Practical connection.
The headlight is supplied with H4 connection and H4 to H13 converter. This allows integration into many common 7 inch setups. Vehicle-specific compatibility should be checked before installation.
Note: Please check mounting position, installation depth, electrical connections and vehicle-specific requirements before installation. Depending on the vehicle electronics, a CAN bus decoder or anti-flicker canceller may be required.
