The XBB Smart Button is a Bluetooth switch compatible with the XBB unit. With it, you can easily activate or deactivate preset headlight settings. Communication takes place via Bluetooth, and you can conveniently configure it using an app. This allows you to switch off additional high beams situationally – even if they are connected in parallel.
Additionally, you can use the button to control lighting functions that are not transmitted via CanBus. This is especially useful for work lights, beacons, warning bars, or ambient lighting.
Important Usage Information:
- All connections of the XBB Smart Button are made exclusively via the XBB Configurator App.
- Note that only a single connection between your Smart Button and the XBB Dongle is possible.
- If you add a Smart Button, you can only connect two instead of the previously possible three XBB PowerUnits.
- If you are unsure whether a function of the Smart Button is activated, you can simply cancel it by holding the button down for 2 seconds.
- To replace the battery (type CR2032), fix the XBB Smart Button on a surface and open it by turning the button counterclockwise.
- Please note that the XBB Smart Button is intended for indoor use only.
